Description
Thanks to a very light, expandable hose and the wide selection of different miniature suction nozzles, even hard-to-reach places on works of art can be reached. The low weight, the shoulder strap and a 3 m power cable allow very flexible use, e.g. on a ladder or scaffolding.
The device, which can also be used as a blower, has an infinitely variable electronic control for suction and blowing power. The cleaning power can thus be adjusted very precisely to the conditions on the object, e.g. from very fine for cleaning sensitive surfaces to powerful for coarse, heavy soiling.
The powerful high-performance motor has an output of 800 watts (220/245 V) and thus enables the use of HEPA filters. The electrical design complies with VDE, TÜV and CE regulations.
The Muntz Museum Vacuum Cleaner 555 MU E HEPA has a HEPA filter system that is specially designed for the needs of restoration and conservation. The high-quality, multi-layer paper filter bags filter out dust particles down to 0.3 µ. In addition, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with a special motor filter that complies with the HEPA standard and filters out fine dust or the finest particles such as spores down to 0.23 µ.
